PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (β€œTERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, SERVICES, OR THE WEBSITES OFFERED BY ARD REIMBURSEMENTS (β€œCOMPANY”, β€œWE” OR β€œUS”), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE, SERVICES, OR WEBSITES.

1. THE SERVICES

ARD Reimbursements provides a specialized hybrid ecosystem of connected software and human expertise designed to increase efficiency and drive profitability for eCommerce sellers. Our Services identify and recover revenue lost to Amazon FBA operational errors, including:

  • Inventory Audits: Lost, damaged, or destroyed units.

  • Inbound Discrepancies: "Short-received" shipments.

  • Financial Rectification: "Ghost Refunds," commission errors, and fee overcharges.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice, except as prohibited by law.

2. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS & OWNERSHIP

2.1. Customer Definition As a customer of ARD Reimbursements or a representative of an entity that is a customer of ARD Reimbursements, you are a β€œCustomer” according to this Agreement (also referred to as β€œyou”, β€œyour”, or β€œyourself”). You represent and warrant that you have full legal power, capacity, and authority to accept these Terms and enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the employer or entity you represent.

2.2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to become a Customer. Individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian under such person’s account and subject to these Terms.

2.3. Account Ownership The Customer who creates the account and whose Payment Method is charged (the β€œAccount Owner”) has access to and control over the account and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for updating the accuracy of the information provided to us.
